Our Cardamom Hazelnut Baklava Cake is inspired by traditional Azerbaijani baklava, reimagined with our own artisanal twist. Handcrafted in London with 41% hazelnuts, it brings the richness of baklava together with the light, cake-like texture of a modern bake. Made with reduced sugar and natural unrefined cane sugar for a more balanced sweetness, it stands apart from today’s processed, sugar-heavy desserts and delivers indulgence without the crash. Infused with aromatic cardamom, a spice cherished in both Azerbaijani heritage and Scandinavian baking, it is a naturally nourishing treat crafted with hazelnuts for natural protein and fibre, elegant yet comforting, and perfect with coffee, tea or savoured on its own.
