Our Cacao-Coconut Hazelnut Baklava Cake is inspired by traditional Azerbaijani baklava, reimagined with a decadent artisanal twist. Handcrafted in London with 35% hazelnuts and 14% desiccated coconut, it brings the richness of baklava together with the deep flavour of cacao and the delicate sweetness of coconut, creating a bake some describe as a brownie-baklava. Made with reduced sugar and natural unrefined cane sugar for a more balanced sweetness, it is a world apart from today’s processed, sugar-heavy desserts, delivering indulgence without the crash. 

Rich, satisfying and naturally nourishing, this treat brings together natural protein and fibre from real ingredients. It pairs beautifully with coffee or tea, or can be savoured on its own.

Hazelnuts (35%), organic wheat flour (wheat), organic whole milk (milk), sour cream (milk), butter (milk), eggs, organic honey, lemon, unrefined brown sugar, water, yeast, salt, organic cacao powder and desiccated coconut (14%). May also contain Peanuts and other Nuts.
